Although winter is still going strong, the people of Pickens Hall, 83 State St., are looking toward the warmer months and have released their schedule for the spring season. David Kingsley, president of the Heuvelton Historical Association and organizer of the Second Sunday Music Series, said he is excited to kick off the spring lineup, which features a wide variety of genres and performers.
