The 33-year-old singer and lyricist, from Blurton, is a member of all-female trio Beatrix Players, who are hoping for success with Magnified. Blending folk, progressive rock and chamber pop, the London-based group have been compared to Kate Bush, while their diverse influences include Regina Spektor.
