The Morgan County Concert Association will present its fifth concert of the 2017-18 season, Scarborough Fair, at 7 p.m. Monday, April 23, in the Glenn Miller Auditorium at Fort Morgan High School. Scarborough Fair is a duo of brothers, Jeb and Jock Guthrie, who sing and play guitar, displaying a natural affinity for the music of Simon & Garfunkel.
