Former chief secretary Rafael Hui Si- yan's entire collection of 10,955 vinyl records and laser discs are being sold by executor JLA Asia, which is handling his bankruptcy. The bankrupt Hui, 66, owned records from artists including The Beatles, Madonna, The Bee Gees, ABBA, Yo- Yo Ma and Simon and Garfunkel.
